What he finds is a series of revelations that are difficult to fathom and even harder to explain, and Manav is forced to make a choice between his own ambition and the truth. In the end, his actions spark a tragic event that is felt around the world. Dincolo de Ceruri – Bazandu-se pe o poveste adevarata despre puterea unui barbat, curajul unei mame si dragostea unei natiuni insulare, pelicula urmareste continuarea aventurilor misionare ale varstnicului John H. Groberg din Tonga. La scurt timp dupa sosirea in Tonga, sotia lui John, Jean, da nastere unui baietel cu o boala grava care ii ameninta viata. In timp ce copilul este prea slabit pentru a putea fi transportat intr-o alta tara care sa-l diagnosticheze si trateze corespunzator, situatia devine coplesitoare. Cu viata copilului lor in pericol, John si Jean se confrunta cu ultima incercare a credintei lor, gasindu-se inconjurati de dragostea si rugaciunile a mii de tongani de diferite religii.
